  • Currently, in stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
  • Once processed and shipped, tracking information will be emailed (on the invoice). Check your Spam folder!
  • UPS Shipments are NOT available to Post-Office Boxes

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If expedited service is required, PLEASE email Info@Carlisuspension.com to ensure parts are in-stock prior to placing your order. In stock Expedited orders will be processed within 1 Business Day. If you require same day shipping, order must be placed before 12:00 PM PST accompanied by an email to Info@carlisuspension.com requesting same day – we’ll do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee same-day shipment.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of proof of delivery; no returns or product exchanges of any kind will be accepted if received after this period. Buyer is subject to a handling charge of twenty percent (20%) of the sales price of the returned goods. Goods must be new and packaged in retail packaging to qualify for refund. If the original packaging is not reusable, the customer will be charged a Box/Packing fee in addition to the handling fee that is dependent on the cost of repacking the item for retail sale. Defective goods, as verified by inspection, are not subject to a handling charge. All returned goods must be accompanied by an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) form provided by Carli Suspension upon request. Please contact Carli (info@carlisuspension.com) to acquire an RGA Form. Any goods shipped to Carli Suspension without an accompanying RGA form approved by a representative of Carli Suspension will be refused without exception.
